Requirements for a Full Refund

 

Items must be returned to retailer or website where originally purchased.

 

For items bought from www.TopAnchorQuilting.com write to betty@topanchorquilting.com for return authorization.

  • New and unused items may be returned for 30 days after purchase for a full refund of purchase price minus original shipping costs paid by us. After 30 days, a 50% refund may be issued at the discretion of TopAnchor® Quilting Tools when all other conditions are met., No refunds will be made after 90 days from date of purchase.
  • Items must be packaged with sufficient padding to prevent damage in shipment.
  • Items must be returned with all original product packaging and accessories.
  • Items must be accompanied by original sales receipt or packing slip.
  • Shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer.
  • Items must be returned with a trackable shipping service.
  • Refund will be issued as a credit to your payment source.

If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and use a signature shipping service. We suggest USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery and confirmation service as it is both reliable and generally costs less than other delivery services.
Note: If we do not receive the package and you did not use a trackable return method or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to give a refund. Refunds will not be made for items we do not receive.

What can I return?
You may return new, unopened or slightly used items within 30 days of purchase from TopAnchorQuilting.com for a full refund of purchase price minus any original shipping costs we incurred. Items purchased from a dealer must be returned to that dealer. Vintage quilting books and magazines may not be returned.

How do I return an item?
Send a request to betty@topanchorquilting.com for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be honored.

Items must be returned with all packaging and paperwork. Purchase postage with delivery confirmation from post office and affix shipping label to package. Send shipping confirmation number to betty@topanchorquilting.com for our records.

When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 2-4 days after we receive and process your returned item.
Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, how the item was purchased, and the length of time your credit card company or bank takes to process the refund.

Does TopAnchor® Quilting Tools offer replacements?
If your item was damaged or defective when you received it, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact product after return of that item.

How Are Refunds Issued?
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Your refund request will be processed promptly. However, it may take several business days for it to display on your bank or credit card statement.

Can I return a used book I bought from you?
As stated in the description of each vintage quilting book and magazine we sell, we do not accept them back for refund or exchange. All used book and magazine sales are final.
